LEGAL REPRESENTATION.
In providing legal services, we will coordinate with your CPA and
other advisors to:
-
organize and reorganize law firms,
-
obtain State Bar certifications,
-
prepare partnership agreements,
-
develop and prepare compensation plans,
-
review, negotiate and revise office and equipment leases,
-
prepare, review and negotiate vendor agreements,
-
advise on and prepare offer letters and employment and
independent contractor agreements,
-
assist with preparation and negotiation of separation and
redemption agreements,
-
negotiate and prepare satisfactory agreements with new firms and
employers,
-
advise on and assist with
transfer of clients and client files to new firms to comply with
State Bar Rules of Professional Conduct,
-
advise on letters of intent and merger agreements, and
-
resolve a variety of management and operational issues.
We can also help identify and
engage the services of CPAs and other advisors who have experience
with law practices. If needed, we may associate
with other professionals to supplement our services.
