Following graduation from law school, Ashe was a law clerk to Burley B. Mitchell, Jr., Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of North Carolina. Scott Hornby. Scott recently accepted a position as general counsel of an environmental services company and is no longer a partner with Lockhart Hornby.
